Refund policy

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if you change your mind or need a different size. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. You may try clothing on indoors to check the fit.

How to request a return

Email jodyband16102000@gmail.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Please contact us before posting anything back; the address on your parcel may not be the correct address for a return.

Return costs and refunds

For a change of mind or size, you pay the return shipping cost. Original shipping charges are not refunded for these voluntary returns. Once we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will refund the item price to your original payment method and email you a confirmation. Your payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

For a different size, request a return and place a new order for the size you need. Check the product-specific size chart before ordering.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Contact us promptly with your order number, a description of the problem and clear photos if available. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund and cover necessary return shipping when the item is defective, damaged or incorrect.

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
