Shipping policy

United States shipping

SilverEase currently ships to the United States only. Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment. Items may ship separately when they are produced at different facilities.

Production and delivery

For printed clothing fulfilled in the United States, typical production takes approximately 2–5 business days, followed by approximately 3–6 business days for standard delivery. Production location and timing depend on the product and availability. Check the product page for item-specific information.

Knitted sweater delivery

Our Women's Straight-Hem Knit Sweater is produced and fulfilled in China. Production usually takes 7–12 business days from January through October and 9–16 business days in November and December. Shipping to the United States can take up to 3 additional weeks. This item does not follow the shorter timeline for products fulfilled in the US.

These are supplier estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Busy periods, holidays, carrier delays and customs processing may affect delivery. If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will contact you about the revised date and your option to cancel the unshipped order for a refund.

Tracking

We send tracking information when it becomes available after shipment.

Shipping address

Please provide a complete and accurate address at checkout. Contact us promptly if you spot an error. Address changes may not be possible once production or fulfilment has started.

Delayed, lost, damaged or incorrect orders

Contact us with your order number if your shipment is unusually delayed or appears lost. For damaged, defective or incorrect items, include clear photos so we can help resolve the issue.
